Harbor Fuel provides convenient payment options that match the needs of our customers. Take a look at the options below and give us a call at (508) 228-2411 to discuss which option might work best for you.
BUDGET PAYMENT PLAN
- Spread the cost of your annual heating oil usage over 12 months.
- Pay the same amount every month, regardless of your usage in that month.
- Payments made during warmer months build into a credit that is then drawn against during the colder months, allowing you to pay one flat rate all year long.
SECURED DISCOUNT PROGRAM
- Prepay your heating oil in three installments in the Fall to secure a 15% discount on fuel year-round.
- Enrollment available in August and September
- Installment payments are due in full on October 1, November 1, and December 1.
FUEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local non-profits offer programs that provide low-income households with help paying home heating bills.
Harbor Fuel encourage their customers who may fall within the eligibility of a low-income household to make contact and apply to these programs for assistance.
Generally, Fuel Assistance Programs run from and distribute payments to those eligible between November 1st until April 30th.
