AUTOMATIC DELIVERY
When you sign up for automatic delivery, Harbor Fuel predicts your Heating Oil usage using our advanced computer system in conjunction with your usage history. Deliveries are scheduled when the system indicates you need a refill. This method is very accurate with consistent use, but it is still recommended that you monitor the level of your oil tank during unusually cold temperatures or if there are changes in your normal usage. (i.e. additional guests in the house, change of tenants, increased hot water use).
WILL CALL DELIVERY
For those who want the most control of their accounts, Will Call customers monitor their usage by keeping an eye on the level. Deliveries are requested by a phone call to (508) 228-2411
when the level reads low. A same-day delivery fee will apply if a low tank or empty tank requires an Emergency Delivery.
With our 24/7 Emergency Service. Emergency Deliveries can be made after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays should you need it. Customers who require or request an Emergency Delivery will incur a $75 Delivery Fee.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE
Heating Oil systems should be serviced annually. When properly maintained, the average life expectancy of a Heating Oil appliance is 30 years or more.

Included in every Harbor Fuel Equipment Service is a Combustion Test, the only proven way to accurately test and evaluate the performance of fuel-burning equipment.
